"This current version of the Coles App had missed the mark! It is missing the ability to search by specials, sort by unit price and you can't name your "lists" example I can't create a Gluten-free List, a weekly essential list etc. The App needs more work so that it is more user friendly and the user can personalise it to suit them. I suggest that whomever gets the final say on launching any further changes to this App shop on the website version to see how disappointing this App actually is."

"Horribly expensive supermarket, always has been before Covid. Packaged meals cost $7, Sandwiches $7, Tiny cans of Tuna $2.50, awful. They need to import more products made in Mexico and Europe to provide cheaper alternatives."

"I will NEVER use coles online again. It is a scam! Three years ago, I used Coles online every week, but items kept on being missing. So I switched to Woolworths. Three years later, I thought that maybe their service had gotten better, so I gave it a try. On my third order, six items were missing. SIX! Nowadays, companies like Amazon can manage complex orders for next day delivery. But Coles online can barely manage basic groceries orders."
